Account Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage Amazon FBA sellers through targeted outreach, introducing our value proposition and scheduling meetings.
  • Build meaningful relationships via SMS, DMs, and email, addressing concerns, answering questions, rescheduling calls, and driving conversations toward successful meetings.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping in Pipedrive, tracking interactions and follow-ups to prevent lead loss.
  • Maintain a fully booked sales calendar with qualified leads, efficiently handling reschedules and no-shows.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements for enhanced productivity.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in cold calls and polished in written correspondence.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring no lead or task falls through the cracks.
  • Proficient in using tools like Pipedrive, Slack, Asana, Loom, Google Calendar, and Zoom.
  • Familiarity with Amazon FBA sellers is a significant advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and responsive during EST working hours (9 AM-5 PM preferred).
