Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Artist to fill this role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily pending orders from clients with precision and accuracy.
  • Recreate high-quality vectors and mock-ups that exceed expectations.
  • Meet all rotated orders per day without delays or errors.
  • Manage Art queues, bins, emails, and tickets efficiently.

Skill Requirements
  • Craft designs that reflect the brand's personality and values.
  • Develop engaging layouts, vectors, and art working pages ready for print.
  • Provide a visual representation of products that captivate audiences.
  • Offer design solutions based on client needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and design software.
  • Develop well-researched design briefs through diligent research.
  • Contribute to team success by accomplishing related tasks.
  • Create cohesive website designs that enhance user experience.

Quality Assurance Standards
  • Maintain high-quality artworks and error-free output at all times.
  • Double-check customer instructions to ensure accuracy.
  • Achieve an error rate below 10% annually.
  • Make informed decisions using sound judgment.

Collaboration and Teamwork
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Solve Art-related issues and answer inquiries promptly.

Ongoing Training and Development
  • Continuously learn graphic design information and best practices.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with supervisors to enhance productivity and performance.
