  • Collaborate with teams or clients to develop creative solutions for a variety of materials such as web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, newsletters, and marketing content
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within our established brand identity
  • Develop original concepts by hand or through software, carefully selecting color schemes, fonts, imagery, and layout to convey ideas effectively
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, ensuring content aligns with best practices for content management systems
  • Leverage trend intelligence and an understanding of both historical and current markets to create fresh and relevant design work

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe CC)
  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design, marketing collateral, and motion graphics
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining brand consistency
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions
