Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop process workflows, flow charts, and reports to facilitate accurate corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Document policies, procedures, and processes to maintain store operation excellence.
  • Implement a system of continuous improvement for store operation systems.
  • Create standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for operational excellence.
  • Suggest permanent solutions before implementation in stores.
  • Cross-functional coordination for streamlined store openings.
  • Conduct store visits and validation audits on implemented processes.
  • Evaluate and improve functional performance.
  • Provide support and training for process improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in process improvement in restaurant operations or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to conduct field work and travel.
