Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive credit solution consulting services with the aim to identify clients critical business issues, develop solutions to address their needs, and support solution development.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in banking, financial services, or consulting industry. A minimum of 3 years experience in credit or analytics consulting is highly desirable. A master s degree or equivalent in management, such as an MBA or MSc, is also preferred.

High computer literacy and programming experience are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is necessary. Experience with statistical software like SAS, R, or Python is preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create segmentations and analyses using credit or alternative data, leveraging decisioning tools.
  • Identify customer and industry needs, analyze data, and respond to key business issues. Develop and present solution proposals with ROI.
  • Manage key projects, develop professional storytelling, and drive value-based use cases.
  • Contribute to account strategies, solution positioning, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to set goals and develop plans.
  • Lead the development and implementation of solution proposals.
  • Perform other duties to meet departmental goals.
  • Participate in networking events and webinars regularly.
  • Learn continuously and adapt to new ideas, technologies, and product development needs.
  • Handle end-to-end project management with strong communication and business understanding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency: Financial modeling, benchmarking, quantitative skills, statistical programming, credit and analytics consulting knowledge, and understanding of banking & financial industry challenges.
  • Organization Planning: Experience managing complex consulting projects, making tough decisions, and handling change effectively. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Challenger Mindset: Initiative-taking, fact-based communication, tenacity, and persistence.
  • Communication: Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Ability to facilitate workshops, with exposure to Design Thinking being advantageous.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment, motivating peers and establishing effective relationships.
  • Explorer Mindset Curiosity: Thrive in complex environments, asking questions to uncover issues and solve problems.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, analyze opportunities and threats, and balance short- and long-term goals.
