Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Language Specialist to provide high-quality interpretation services to clients through video conferencing platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent language skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely interpretation services between parties
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and manage own schedule
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese, with B2+ proficiency or higher
  • Ability to pass a language and interpreting skills assessment
  • Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or interpreting experience
  • Strong verbal communication, bilingual accuracy, and ethical decision making
  • Proven ability to think clearly and act professionally in fast-moving situations
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and MS Office navigation
