Customer Support Expert Wanted

A leading optimization and personalization platform for Shopify brands is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to deliver prompt, high-quality responses to customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, 4+ years of experience in customer support preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech, and 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound and support-related inquiries in real time, providing clear and helpful responses
  • Monitor Jira tickets and escalate internally as needed
  • Offer relevant and strategic support to customers based on their business size and goals
  • Provide guidance on CRO best practices with support from CRO experts
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading (mandatory)
  • 4+ years of experience in customer support (mandatory)
  • 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience (advantageous)
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems (advantageous)
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices
  • Team player in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proactive, customer-first mindset with curiosity to understand the customer's business
  • Ability to problem-solve and provide thoughtful and accurate responses
