Financial Operations Specialist

This role focuses on managing the full spectrum of financial operations, including account reconciliation, payment monitoring, contract administration, and payroll management.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across all business accounts to align financial records.
- Perform inter-company transactions and reconciliations to balance books across entities.
- Support end-of-month and end-of-year reporting with reconciled data, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial outcomes in Zoho CRM systems.
- Approve and process customer and operational invoices in Xero, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage supplier payments, expense reimbursements, and payment scheduling aligned with cash flow priorities.
- Create and edit customer payment schedules based on variations, cancellations, upgrades, or early payouts.
- Assess applications for B2B contracts, verifying financial viability and compliance with business criteria.
- Monitor overdue accounts and support collections activities with operations and management teams.
- Process dishonour fees, administrative charges, and other account adjustments as needed.
- Maintain and enhance the integration between Xero and external payment platforms to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation, reporting improvements, and process optimization.
