The Technical Assistance Specialist is a crucial member of our team, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through expert technical support. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product issues or questions for our valued partners.

This position demands a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently on projects with general supervision. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to assist our partners and peers, as well as the willingness to adapt to new technology and processes as required.

We are seeking an individual with 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical service-oriented position. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience is also highly desirable.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide technical assistance to partners via email, phone, chat, cases, and remote sessions
  • Analyze and document findings, influencing others within the team through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices
  • Contribute to written articles for our internal and external knowledge base
  • Escalate trending issues and potential software defects to leadership and development
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues and provide guidance to junior team members
  • Identify areas of opportunity to help partners optimize their business strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of IT, Professional Services, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work alongside multiple cross-functional teams
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per partner requirement
