Healthcare Professional

The Healthcare Professional plays a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of employees at project/site locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing routine medical/first aid procedures, monitoring and administering sick leave credits of employees.
- Conducting welfare activities and attending to medical needs of team members.
- Referring team members to external health services delivery as needed.
- Conducting monthly inventory of medicines and other medical supplies to ensure availability at all times.
- Reporting all work-related incidents/accidents to Safety section for investigation and corrective action.
Key Requirements:
- Must be a registered nurse.
- At least one (1) year of work experience in the same field.
- Preferably an active member of a professional nursing association.
- Ability to perform basic and advanced life support.
- Willingness to be assigned to project sites.
