Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Ambassador to join our team at Southeastasia Retail, Inc.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies relative to volume shopping to achieve or improve sales targets.
  • They will monitor and analyze sales performance and transaction reports to determine possible areas of improvement.
  • Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to attend to customer complaints with the direction of promoting goodwill.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring that all large merchandise for pick up is prepared and properly tagged, coordinating closely with the Buying department, and making recommendations on items and promotional events.
  • The Sales Ambassador will also prepare sales reports, conduct periodic canvassing or competitor's price checks, and submit these to the Store Manager.
  • Additionally, they will assist Store Managers in planning strategies to lower inventories due to overstock and perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior of the Duty Manager.

Requirements:

  1. A college graduate with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a related industry is preferred.
  2. Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Must be willing to work in Imus Cavite.
