Senior Credit Executive Opportunity

This senior role is focused on developing and implementing credit risk policies and procedures tailored to real estate transactions. As a seasoned professional, you will align credit strategies with the company's investment goals, assess borrower creditworthiness, and monitor portfolio performance. You will also lead a team of credit analysts and underwriters, promote a culture of accountability, and ensure smooth deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Policy & Strategy: Develop, implement, and maintain credit risk policies and procedures tailored to real estate transactions.
  • Credit Evaluation & Approval: Lead the assessment of borrower creditworthiness, including individuals, developers, and institutional clients.
  • Portfolio Risk Management: Monitor the performance of the credit portfolio, identify emerging risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of credit analysts and underwriters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 8–10+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in real estate or top financial institutions
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. lending regulations and real estate market dynamics
  • Proficiency in credit scoring models, financial analysis, and risk assessment tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
