Job Overview

The Senior Learning Experience Designer will provide thought leadership in the application of instructional design strategies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with functional teams to identify learning needs and ensure alignment around key priorities.
  • Conduct robust learning needs analysis and gather data for analyses.
  • Determine required skills and competency levels for learners/participants.
  • Define and design the most effective strategy for the learning need.
  • Develop advanced instructional media including guided tool simulations, interactive lessons and assessments, motion graphics, and game-based courses.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide instructional design services to key functions.
  • Address performance gaps in production through Operations Management, Quality, and PST.
  • Organizational Development for continuing education and skills enhancement.
  • Collaborate with Multimedia, Content, and LMS Administration work streams to design, develop, and implement innovative self-paced and instructor-led training programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design models.
  • Strong understanding of technology-enhanced learning and multimedia development.
