Job Title: Digital Acquisition Specialist

A world-class digital acquisition specialist is needed to own the entire customer conversion funnel from ad click to sale. The ideal candidate combines conversion rate optimization, strategy, and performance marketing to craft, test, and scale full-funnel systems across Facebook/Instagram, Google, and TikTok Shop.

About the Role
  • Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta (Facebook/IG), Google, and TikTok Shop.
  • Analyze daily campaign performance for optimization of creative, audiences, bidding, and spend.
  • Foster Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Conversion Rate Optimization + Funnel Strategy: Own and optimize full funnel architecture—landing pages, advertorials, checkout flows, upsells.
  • Test lead generation, VSL scripts, offers, landing page design, and copy.
  • Create ads, headlines, lead-ins, advertorials, and VSL scripts that drive conversions.
  • Build new funnels from scratch for new products or verticals.
Requirements
  • Digital marketing expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads with 2-5+ years of proven results.
  • Budget management with measurable growth.
  • Copywriting and CRO skills.
  • Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
