About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Processor - Accounts Receivable. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing customer debts and allocating incoming payments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support process improvement projects by identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.
  2. Set up and ensure accurate and up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures for all processes.
  3. Ensure compliance to internal control standards and maintain high levels of accuracy.
  4. Support incoming transitions by ensuring successful integration of processes into current operations.
Operations

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, providing accurate information regarding issues/escalations and KPIs of your workload, meeting or exceeding response times for queries, and maintaining high levels of collection compliance rating.

You will also be responsible for generating customer invoices on time, achieving high accuracy ratings on posted documents, and ensuring stakeholder needs against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of relevant experience within the Finance/Accounting department of a large corporate organisation.

You should possess an intermediate understanding of basic accounting principles and practices, internal policy, and be well-versed with ERP and other business/accounting tools.

Good communication skills, including proficiency in conversational English language both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
