Website Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Website Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new features and functionality, developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins, ensuring high-performance and availability of websites, collaborating with designers and content teams, maintaining website security, backups, and updates, troubleshooting and resolving website issues, optimizing websites for speed and SEO, and integrating third-party APIs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Feature Development: Design and implement new features and functionality to enhance user experience and drive business growth.
  • Theme and Plugin Customization: Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client needs and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure high-performance and availability of websites through regular maintenance, updates, and performance testing.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
  • Security and Updates: Maintain website security, backups, and updates to prevent downtime and data loss.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • SEO and Performance: Optimize websites for speed and SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality and provide a better user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (2+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Responsive Design: Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Version Control: Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • API Understanding: Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON/XML formats.
  • Aesthetic Sensitivity: Strong grasp of website architecture and aesthetics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • eCommerce Experience: Experience with WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms.
  • SEO Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Page Builders: Familiarity with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery.
  • Website Migration: Experience with website migration and performance testing.
