Main Purpose of the Role

This role involves implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. You will work closely with team members, independently managing your own workload, understanding customer requirements, designing and delivering solutions aligned to their needs. You'll support more junior members of the team and share your knowledge with them.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must)
  • Experience in a customer-facing consulting environment, able to understand customer needs and build relationships
  • Clear and effective communication skills, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy
  • Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics
  • Able to plan own workload and meet deadlines
