Digital Workplace Adoption Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Workplace Adoption Specialist to drive the adoption of digital workplace solutions across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in productivity technologies and change management to ensure seamless integration of new tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze current solution usage and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute adoption programs, including training, communications, and hands-on guidance.
- Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new features or execute incremental changes.
- Support end-user inquiries and issues as a subject matter expert.
- Strong educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace).
- 3 years of experience driving service or solution adoption in medium to large enterprises.
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
- ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive, requiring little supervisory attention.
