Logistics Coordination Role

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving operations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Update records in the database for efficient tracking.
  • Communicate with suppliers and other departments via phone and email.
  • Monitor shipments and identify causes of delays.
  • Utilize logistics management software to track shipments and delivery schedules.
  • Support logistical planning to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
