The Remote Project Coordinator plays a vital role in providing high-level customer service support.

Job Description:

This position is focused on assisting the Service Manager in guiding the Service Technician Team to understand their daily schedules, performance goals, and expectations. The Remote Project Coordinator will provide assistance and guidance to the team while ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service while working towards establishing a positive rapport with the client.
  • Answer and address all service calls in a timely manner.
  • Contribute as a team member, working to mitigate problems and issues.
  • Transcribe information into required electronic format.
  • Prepare, back-up, compile, update, and sort document data files into a prescribed computer database.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Assist Service Manager in resolving emergencies in a timely manner.
  • Oversee scheduling of service team and make recommendations to Service Manager for department needs.
  • Provide weekly progress updates to the Service Manager and client point of contact.
  • Obtain quotes from qualified subcontractors as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized.
  • Understand AV system functionality and installation processes and techniques.
  • Ability to read and comprehend project technical and construction documents.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Keynote, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and ensuring to meet deadlines.
  • Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work with diverse groups.
