Cloud Data Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Data Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling mission-critical platform services powering next-generation AI and cloud applications.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in designing technical architecture for Cloud Data Platform services, including data ingestion, processing, storage, query, visualization, security, and governance.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the team to design technical architecture, implementing and integrating Data Platform components, building and operating Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) systems, and researching new technologies to optimize performance and enhance the product.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in DataOps, DevOps, Platform Engineer, or Data Engineer roles.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience deploying or operating at least some Data Platform services, such as Kafka, Airflow, Spark.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.
  • Experience with CI/CD and GitOps, such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in designing or operating Data Lakehouse/Data Warehouse.
  • Experience providing Managed Services for enterprise customers.
  • Knowledge of data security, including IAM, RBAC, TLS, Network Policy, etc.
  • Relevant certifications in Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD) or Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
