Reporting and Data Insights Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will leverage raw operational data from multiple systems to craft timely and accurate reporting that drives business success.

You will delve into performance metrics such as turnaround time, error rates, and volume trends to identify areas for improvement. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Extracting and refining raw data for insightful reporting
  • Analyzing performance indicators to uncover trends and opportunities
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create executive-level reporting packages and performance summaries
  • Aligning reporting outputs with service level agreements, client expectations, and contractual obligations

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or reporting analyst role, preferably in healthcare operations or business process outsourcing (BPO)
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare payers, providers, or working in a healthcare BPO setting
  • Familiarity with performance reporting, KPIs, SLAs, or ROI tracking in a services context
  • Knowledge of SQL, data querying, or reporting automation platforms
