Administrative Leadership

The Head of Administration will oversee the company's operational efficiency, ensuring effective management of office facilities, resources, and support services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction, lead, recruit, train, and supervise the administrative team, setting clear performance expectations and providing coaching and evaluation.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and manage budgets; oversee expense tracking and cost control measures.
  • Employee Support: Provide leadership to ensure proper documentation and compliance; ensure resources and guidance are available for employee work permits and visas.
  • Office Operations: Ensure all offices are safe, well-maintained, and operational; oversee maintenance, security, utilities, and renovation projects.
  • Fleet Management: Supervise the company's vehicle fleet operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Process Optimization: Review and streamline administrative processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and government agencies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in administrative management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of office management, facilities management, and vendor negotiations.
  • Experience managing financials, procurement, and company fleets.
