About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Back End Software Developer to lead and participate in the design and implementation of new software products using Visual Studio.

This role requires collaboration with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities will include troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems to improve performance as well as mentoring junior developers, providing guidance, and fostering professional growth.


Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with a track record in new product development and maintenance of existing applications, is necessary.
  • Strong expertise in C# .NET, MVC 5, and SQL databases is essential.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex software challenges, are necessary.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; experience with Agile development methodologies is also required.

Role Details
  • The schedule for this position is Night Shift (11 PM–8 AM PH Time), Monday–Friday.
  • The work setup will be WFH (5 days per week).
  • This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer.
