Housekeeping Site Coordinator Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Site Coordinator to join our team at Anytime Cleaners Corp. This is a great opportunity to work with experienced professionals in the field of housekeeping and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the RoleAs a Housekeeping Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of housekeeping services at assigned sites. Your primary goal will be to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction while working closely with our external employees and clients.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide newly hired employees on their deployment to their assigned sites. You will also be responsible for providing continuous assistance by addressing employee concerns and processing their needed information or documents.
In addition, you will be required to perform weekly site visits to assist employees as needed, maintain accurate records of attendance, tardiness, and absences, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining all employees from external sites guided by our company code of conduct and rules and regulations.
Other key responsibilities include assisting clients with their concerns immediately, serving notice to employees or reporting incident reports from sites, collecting daily time records or extracting data from biometrics in a timely manner, timekeeping and recording daily time records of external employees, sending weekly or daily accomplishment reports and monthly reports, and supporting talent acquisition in manpower requisition by reporting additional MPR requests, transfers, or replacements of employees.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations
