We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and manage key client accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing client accounts from day-to-day, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations. This includes assisting in increasing market share and sales for clients' products or services, as well as maintaining brand popularity among consumers through social media channels.

The Account Manager will work closely with the team to analyze, assess, and evaluate competitors' products and their brand issues. Additionally, they will coordinate with clients, sales staff, advertising executives, and marketing specialists to develop a brand image for clients' products.

The Account Manager must have strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail. They should also have experience in using tools for productivity and efficiency, as well as a strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of agency experience in client servicing
  • Clients handled are ideally from the hospitality and retail industries
  • Proven track record and ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver projects on time
  • Strong understanding of client satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in using tools for productivity & efficiency
