EDI Analyst Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled EDI Analyst to provide production support and coordinate new EDI implementations.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain EDI systems, ensuring uninterrupted data exchange with partners. Utilize the EDI application dashboard and reports to assess overall system health.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and track EDI-related issues, collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve timely resolution.
  • Coordinate the setup of new EDI trading partners and document implementations. Assist with EDI testing, including data setup and document testing with trading partners.
  • Recommend enhancements to systems and business processes to optimize EDI efficiency. Maintain comprehensive documentation and process flowcharts for all EDI operations.
  • Manage aspects of account setup, including generating web users and EDI, BOL, and carrier account numbers. Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to manage and resolve billing and rate discrepancies.
  • Execute daily transportation requirements, including tracking and scheduling shipments and providing status updates to internal teams and clients. Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance cost efficiency by analyzing client shipment data.
