Job Description: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Sales Associate to provide top-notch customer experiences in our retail environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our cash register system.
  • Balancing the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Contributing to team efforts by assisting colleagues as needed and achieving individual and team goals.
Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective customer interactions.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $ $30,000-$40,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
