Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling Cash Transactions: Ensure accurate and secure handling of cash from sales by following standard procedures for processing and documenting payments.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Offer warm and friendly assistance to our guests, responding promptly to their queries and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Organized Work Environment: Ensure that the front desk area is clean, tidy, and well-organized, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Cashier experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Working Conditions

This is a hotel-based position, stationed at the reception area. You will work on a shifting schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $1,200 - $1,500 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as free meals, transportation allowance, and opportunities for career growth and development.
