Job Details

This role involves providing first-line technical support to employees, ensuring they have access to the necessary systems and software.

  • Technical Support Specialist: Provide troubleshooting assistance and resolve issues related to computer systems, software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain MacOS and Windows operating systems, peripherals, and common office software.
  • Network Administration: Monitor and maintain network connections, identifying and resolving connectivity issues.
  • SaaS Tool Management: Maintain, upgrade, and manage company SaaS tools.
  • Access Control: Track and manage system/application access, ensuring permissions are updated for new hires and leavers.
  • Hardware Deployment: Reformat laptops, set up workstations, and prepare hardware for new starters or upgrades.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate documentation of IT tasks, issue resolutions, asset inventories, and software licenses.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fresh graduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields with a strong foundation in IT concepts.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field, preferably with knowledge of MacOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
