Job Summary:

  • The goal of this role is to assist in the successful execution of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

">

  • Develop project plans and schedules with stakeholders;

  • Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as needed;

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing smoothly;

  • Ensure that all engineering activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements;

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards;

  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them;

  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates for management and stakeholders;

  • Support the procurement process by reviewing technical specifications and evaluating vendor proposals;

  • Assist in troubleshooting engineering issues and providing solutions to technical challenges;

  • Ensure efficient resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle;

  • Communicate project status, issues, and solutions effectively to stakeholders;

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and other external parties to ensure project requirements are met;

  • Contribute to developing relevant working procedures, templates, and standards;

  • Stay up-to-date on new engineering methods, technologies, and trends;

  • Perform other related tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field;

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant engineering experience, with at least 1-2 years in project management or a lead role;

  • Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems & AutoCAD (2D/3D);

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

  • Demonstrated capability in both technical and management scope;

  • Ability to travel;

  • Demonstrated ability to interact well with peers and across all levels of the organization;

  • Experience in implementing automation/electrical solutions and writing software code;

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;

  • Proven leadership and motivation skills;

  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
