Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Associate to excel in our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area at all times.
  • Reconcile any discrepancies at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar industry with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment interacting with customers face-to-face and via phone/online.
