Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database or applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support in drafting and updating job descriptions and recruitment materials.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events (e.g., job fairs, campus hiring).
• Generate and maintain reports on recruitment activities, pipelines, and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• HS / SHS Graduate with Recruitment or Sales Experience (at least 6 months)
• With Sales or Quota Background
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques, job portals, and social media recruitment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with ATS is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
