Job Opportunity: Multimedia & Motion Designer

The primary function of this position is to create visually engaging animations and videos that bring complex ideas to life.

This role will support the company's growth by designing and producing high-quality motion graphics, as well as creating marketing visuals such as social media posts and infographics.

We are seeking a talented designer who can collaborate with our marketing team on campaign concepts and storytelling, while maintaining and evolving brand guidelines to align with company objectives.

  • Create high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, e.g. intro videos, ads, explainer videos, and product demos.
  • Design marketing visuals such as social media posts, infograms, emails, presentations, digital banners, sales collateral, event materials, and event booth designs.
  • Partner with the marketing team on campaign concepts and storytelling.
  • Maintain and thoughtfully evolve brand guidelines to align with company objectives.
  • Contribute fresh, creative ideas during brainstorming and planning sessions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in creating videos, motion graphics, or animation.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a creative or design agency.
  • Strong proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides/Presentation software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to present ideas to the team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
