Business Expansion Role

SariSuki's B2B segment seeks a motivated sales professional to drive business expansion and growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of success in HoReCa or the food industry.

Main Objectives:
  1. Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, aligning with company objectives.
  2. Expand Customer Base: Identify and acquire new sales leads to expand our customer base.
  3. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences through personalized support.
  4. Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
  5. Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in HoReCa or the food industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  3. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  4. Familiarity with sales activation processes and tools.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and Google Suite.
  6. Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets in a dynamic environment.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  8. Resourceful and creative, able to develop innovative ideas for sales through different channels.
  9. Collaborative team player with excellent departmental collaboration skills.
