Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT infrastructure specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and securing the organisation's IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments, as well as expertise in Intune for device and application management. Additionally, they should have familiarity with security tools like Microsoft Defender and compliance solutions like Purview.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Windows Server Administration: Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.
  • Microsoft 365 Services: Oversee and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Entra ID Configuration: Configure and manage Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for identity and access management.
  • Intune Management: Deploy and optimise Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Support and maintain cloud infrastructure within Azure, including virtual machines, networking, and security configurations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of IT infrastructure engineering experience, focusing on Microsoft technologies
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments
  • Experience with Intune for device and application management
  • Familiarity with security tools like Microsoft Defender and compliance solutions like Purview
  • Exposure to scripting and automation using PowerShell
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent are advantageous
