We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both design and motion, with the ability to execute high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teams or clients to develop creative solutions for various materials such as web pages, presentations, marketing collateral, signage, and internal communications
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality visual designs within our established brand identity
  • Develop original concepts by hand or through software, carefully selecting color schemes, fonts, imagery, and layout to convey ideas effectively
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, ensuring content aligns with best practices for content management systems
  • Leverage trend intelligence and an understanding of both historical and current markets to create fresh and relevant visual designs
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design, marketing collateral, and motion graphics
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining brand consistency
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions
