Role Overview:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia & Motion Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to work on a variety of projects, from animations and videos to graphic design and branding.
">About the Role:

Design and produce high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, including intro videos, ads, explainer videos, and product demos.
">">Create marketing visuals such as social media posts, infographics, emails, presentations, digital banners, sales collateral, event materials, and event booth designs.
">">Partner with the marketing team on campaign concepts and storytelling.
">">Maintain and thoughtfully evolve brand guidelines to align with company growth.
">">Contribute fresh, creative ideas during brainstorming and planning sessions.

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of experience in creating videos, motion graphics, or animation.
">">At least 1 year of experience in a creative or design agency.
">">Strong proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
">">Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign.
">">Proficiency in Google Slides/Presentation Software.
">">Excellent attention to detail and ability to present ideas to the team.
">">Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
">">Strong verbal and written communication skills.
">">Nice-to-Have: Understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience working with Presentation Software.
