The Financial Operations Specialist is a vital role within the organization, responsible for managing various financial and accounting tasks. They will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including budget review and analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
Filing of financial documents and data entry in the system
Assisting the Finance Manager with day-to-day, monthly, and year-end operations of the Finance Department
Preparing financial statements and reports
Performing bank reconciliation and inventory counts
Analyzing and preparing reports for government requirements
Requirements:
