Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Provide administrative support, including email management, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing systems and workflows to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Partner with the talent buying team to gather key data and prepare competitive artist offers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other productivity tools.
