We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credentialing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
About the Role- Comprehensive Credentialing Support: Manage applications, conduct primary source verification, and maintain the credentialing database with precision.
- Regulatory Compliance and Liaison: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards, serving as a key point of contact for providers and external entities.
- Privileging and Onboarding Assistance: Prepare necessary documentation and facilitate the credentialing components of new provider onboarding for a seamless transition.
- Reporting and Process Contribution: Support the generation of credentialing reports, identify and resolve credentialing issues, and contribute to process improvements.
You are a skilled administrative professional with 1-3 years of experience in a regulated environment. Your keen eye for detail and methodical approach to managing documentation and data make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Administrative Acumen: Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and systematic approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in data and documentation.
Process Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving administrative workflows and data management practices.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Organizational & Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Data Entry: Proficient in Google Suite, CRM/support software, and comfortable learning new EHR/credentialing management tools.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards related to healthcare credentialing.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
