We are seeking a seasoned architecture awards consultant to lead, manage and execute award submissions for top-tier national and international programs.

This individual will help identify the right projects for the right platforms and craft submission packages that reflect the intent, innovation and visual power of our work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an annual awards submission calendar based on strategic relevance and deadlines
  • Identify eligible projects, awards and categories across residential and design sectors
  • Prepare and manage award submissions - including image curation, text development, project storytelling and online form completion
  • Collaborate with design and marketing team to gather assets, photography and plans
  • Maintain records of submissions, deadlines and results
  • Advise on photography, presentation and narrative positioning to maximize chances of winning
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing architecture and design award submissions
  • Strong familiarity with award platforms
  • Excellent writing skills with an eye for architectural storytelling
  • Ability to distill complex project ideas into clear engaging language
  • Comfort working with architects creatives and photographers
  • Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Portfolio of successful past submissions or awards won
Preferred
  • Experience with press kits media relations or architecture PR
  • Background in architecture journalism or design communications
