Overview

This high-impact role involves producing engaging video content for direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns. The ideal candidate will have expertise in professional video-editing software and a strong understanding of AI tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality AI videos daily, following preset scripts and styles.
  • Analyze video metrics to increase views and conversions, resulting in performance-based rewards.
  • Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts.
  • Manage workload efficiently, meeting deadlines without frequent check-ins.
  • Learn and master new AI tools, software, and editing techniques quickly.
  • Ensure every video meets quality standards and matches provided instructions.
  • Maintain clear communication with the executive team, providing updates when necessary.
  • Train and onboard future AI video editors to company standards.

KPIs You Will Own:

  • 10 Daily Video Quota: 10 videos per day, delivered weekdays by 7PM ET.
  • 90% First-Pass Approval Rate: At least 90% of submissions require no revisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with direct-response copywriting, ideally for short-form videos.
  • Expertise in professional video-editing software, such as CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with AI video tools like HeyGen and Captions AI is a plus.
  • Strong conversational and written English skills for clear communication.
  • Autonomous operator with high agency who thrives without micromanagement.
  • Rapid learner excited by the fast-paced AI landscape.
  • Attention to detail, following instructions and delivering high-quality results.
