We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead creative projects for a leading eCommerce growth marketing firm.

This role involves coordinating and executing strategies that elevate clients' online presence. As a Creative Project Manager, you'll oversee the smooth execution of projects from initiation to completion.

  • Schedule and facilitate calls with clients to understand project requirements.
  • Manage and organize project files in cloud-based platforms, ensuring all client documents are accessible and up-to-date.
  • Create and manage task lists based on client needs, providing clear, actionable tasks for the design team.
  • Partner with designers and clients to ensure seamless project workflows.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, guaranteeing timely delivery of high-quality results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Extensive experience working with creative teams, particularly designers, in a project management capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to clearly translate client needs into detailed tasks.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools like Asana, Google Drive, and Dropbox.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and consistency.
