Creative Project Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Project Manager to lead our post-production process. This is a high-velocity role that requires delivering stunning creative work with zero defects and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deconstruct project briefs to identify business objectives and creative opportunities
  • Create detailed production roadmaps in project management tools, incorporating key performance indicators
  • Coordinate workload across editors, designers, and vendors for maximum efficiency
  • Conduct quality control and visual review of creative outputs using design and video editing software
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client project managers and marketers
  • Collaborate with analytics to drive asset performance and iterative testing
  • Maintain reusable standard operating procedures and insights in our knowledge bank
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in creative project management, preferably in an agency or high-volume brand team
  • Proficiency in design and video editing software
  • Able to provide clear and constructive visual feedback
  • Familiarity with post-production workflows, platform specifications, and campaign logic
