Visual Design Specialist

Create impactful and innovative visual experiences that captivate audiences.

  • Develop creative concepts from brief through to completion, working closely with clients' brand guidelines.
  • Produce designs that meet the exacting standards of our clients, positively influencing them with your creative input.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced digital designer who is comfortable taking design projects from concept to execution, providing new ideas and creativity while working under their own initiative. They will oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files to comply with correct output specifications.

What You'll Need:
  • Passion for design and conception
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a digital agency
  • Deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea generation
  • Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion
Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing beautiful and innovative designs for client channels
  • Responsible for the full design lifecycle from concept to execution
  • Developing a deep understanding of target audiences and the client's marketing strategy to deliver high-quality results
Desirable Skills:
  • Extensive experience in photo manipulation
  • Working knowledge of After Effects animation is a bonus
  • On and offline design experience with an emphasis on digital
