Job Description

The Employee Engagement Specialist plays a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture at Patra Philippines LLC. This involves developing and implementing employee engagement programs, hosting virtual events, and organizing team-building activities.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Host virtual events and organize team-building activities to boost morale and foster a sense of community.
  • Administer recognition and reward programs to acknowledge and appreciate employee contributions.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a welcoming and equitable workplace.
  • Analyze engagement data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
  • MBA degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience in HR or engagement focused role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in business-level English language skills.
  • A genuine passion for employee engagement and a deep commitment to cultivating a positive workplace culture.
