About the Role

This role involves leading the successful integration of our products, supporting clients and developing strong relationships that drive retention and growth.

You will identify areas for improvement and strive to enhance client satisfaction. This position requires attention to detail, experience managing enterprise-level clients, data analysis skills, organizational skills, troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of web architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and tactical services to complex and high-touch clients.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into strategic solutions and recommendations.
  • Present and facilitate large group meetings for clients regarding our product suite.
  • Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting during implementation and deployment of our technology products.
  • Work with the engineering team to scope, prioritize, and manage customer requests.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills (written and verbal) from prior work experiences.
  • Establish a point of contact with clients, serving as the Subject Matter Expert for all our technical products.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new products.
  • Strong project-management skills; complete projects within agreed-upon timelines, maintain organized documentation of projects and tasks, and monitor requested task timelines and manage client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption of our products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in software technical support, account management, or a technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers such as Firebug.
  • Understanding of technical documentation including product specs and API integrations.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills (client facing, ability to assess client needs and interact with all levels of management).
