At Work Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Liaison to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this position is to provide top-notch customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior colleagues when necessary, and continuously improving our processes to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Responsibilities and Duties- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and courteous manner
- Escalate complex customer complaints to senior colleagues or management as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
- Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends
To succeed as a Customer Service Liaison at Work Services, you must have:
- A degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, psychology) or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding mutually beneficial solutions
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 15,000 to PHP 24,000 per month, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide:
