  • We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team as a Technical ServiceNow Specialist. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business applications within the ServiceNow platform.
  • You will perform system and integration testing within the ServiceNow Platform, ensuring that all solutions meet the required standards and quality.
  • Additionally, you will participate in incident response, change management, and service request and enhancements, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience integrating ServiceNow with other programs and applications, as well as leading the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
  • A strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and relationship, system architecture, design, configuration, and delivery is essential for this role.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, implement, and maintain business applications in ITIL, CMDB, Service Request, Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, and Service Portal.
  • A background in software development, architecture, and design, along with administration skills for managing ServiceNow instances, including ACLs, catalog items, and UI customizations, is also necessary.
  • Experience creating and managing update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow environments is an added advantage.
  • We require an overarching understanding of the ServiceNow product suite, as well as ServiceNow Developer Certification.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in CMDB, ITOM Discovery, and ITAM.
